How do we get you qualified sales meetings?

The Innovation Support process consists of five steps that safely turn cold leads into warm sales meetings.

1. Define the collaboration

The first thing we do is select one or more target groups you want to reach. Together with you, we outline the criteria, build contact lists, and agree on the desired approach. We then establish reporting routines, assign roles, prepare sales materials, and set clear expectations.

2. Map out the market

As soon as all preparations are complete, we start making calls. The initial conversations are not just about booking meetings, but to map out the market. This lets us adjust and refine how we approach potential prospects.

3. Generate leads

When potential customers show interest, we add them to our system as leads with a short description. This means that even if they’re not ready for a meeting right now, it will be easier to follow up with them in the future.

4. Book qualified meetings

When we find a prospect who shows interest and fulfils the agreed-upon criteria, we schedule a meeting. Our goal is to build a complete sales pipeline, and we measure our success by the number of qualified meetings we generate for you. This way, we create long-term financial value.

5. Hand it over

Once the meeting is booked and confirmed, you take over the rest of the sales process. It’s important that you provide us with feedback so we can adjust our approach if there’s anything that can be improved.
